At SunDeck Costa Rica, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Used or damaged items caused by improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by SunDeck Costa Rica.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
