At SunDeck®, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
